Audience
All apparel and footwear industry professionals, regardless of AAFA membership, are encouraged to participate. Product safety, compliance, regulatory, quality assurance, and chemical management professionals from entry level to executive level are invited to join us. This program is closed to press attendance and coverage.
Description
Product safety, quality, and compliance have grown more complex across the supply chain as new materials and innovation are incorporated into production. Addressing regulations from the federal level down to the state and county level, this program supports the development of a comprehensive risk-based approach to unify global operations with legislative standards across compliance systems and protocols. Co-located with this seminar, AAFA’s Environmental and Social Responsibility Committee meetings provide attending members with expanded resources and alignment.
This event is a crucial part of AAFA’s focus on galvanizing the industry to build upon strong supply chain and sourcing commitments to result in safe products so that members, consumers, workers, and the environment will thrive.

Environmental Committee Meeting & Social Responsibility Committee Meeting - AAFA Members Only. Separate registration required.
The
Environmental Committee Meeting will start on Tuesday, February 3, with a breakfast at 7:30 AM. The session will start at 8:00 AM and will conclude at 1:00 PM. The
Social Responsibility Committee Meeting will begin on Thursday, February 5, at 8:00 AM and will end at 5:00 PM.
You must register separately to attend the meeting. Participation in AAFA Committee Meetings is limited to AAFA members only. To join AAFA or to be added to a committee, contact
